Partner Director

About the role

Open GI is looking for a Partner Director to lead the execution of its partner strategy. You will work closely with the Product team and the Director of Insurer Relations to grow and manage relationships with value‑added partners that align with the product roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver partner revenue targets across new and existing business.
• Provide feedback to the Product team on partner strategy and roadmap.
• Co‑develop the partner account management plan with the Director of Insurer Relations.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with value‑added partners to maximise revenue.
• Act as primary point of contact and escalation for partner issues.
• Monitor and report on third‑party revenue performance.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or professional qualifications (advantageous).
• Full, valid driving licence or ability to travel.
• Strong experience in insurance, brokerage, SaaS or value‑added partner environments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of personal and commercial lines insurance.
• Understanding of intermediary markets and software‑house distribution channels.
• Experience negotiating commercial contracts of £250K+.
• Proven track record in relationship or sales management.
