Parts Advisor – Automotive Parts Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Assist trade and retail customers both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
• Supply the correct parts to the workshop and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records using electronic parts catalogues.
• Work efficiently under pressure in a busy dealership environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an automotive parts environment.
• Good knowledge of electronic parts catalogues.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Mature attitude, strong team player.
