Parts Advisor – Premium Automotive Dealership

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Parts Advisor to join a prestigious automotive dealership in Redhill. The role supports both retail customers and the workshop by ensuring the right parts are supplied quickly and accurately. You will work within a friendly after‑sales team where customer satisfaction and teamwork are paramount.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer and technician parts enquiries in person and over the phone.
• Process parts orders from initial enquiry through to delivery.
• Advise customers on product availability, pricing and suitable part solutions.
• Pick, pack and dispatch parts accurately.
• Maintain stock control and inventory records.
• Support parts sales targets through appropriate upselling.
• Collaborate closely with the workshop to ensure efficient vehicle repairs.
• Keep the parts department organised, compliant and customer‑focused.

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience (essential).
• Experience in parts sales, automotive after‑sales or a related field is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment and work independently.
• Positive attitude, self‑motivation and a solid work ethic.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
