Parts Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Parts Manager to join our Toyota dealership in Lincoln. The role works Monday‑Friday 8:30 am‑6 pm and every third Saturday 8 am‑1 pm, offering a competitive basic salary plus monthly bonus with an OTE of £48,400.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the parts department, including trade parts sales, internal retail sales and workshop supply.
• Conduct department reviews, budgeting and forecasting to ensure profitability.
• Develop and support staff, driving efficiency and high service standards.
• Perform daily and weekly stock checks and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Required profile

• Experience in a main dealer environment with a strong focus on customer service.
• Highly motivated and passionate about representing a leading automotive brand.
• Ready to take the next step from a senior parts role to a managerial position.
