About the role

Key responsibilities

• Train, motivate and support chefs and kitchen staff to maintain consistent food standards.
• Assist with menu execution, ensuring the branded menu is prepared accurately.
• Manage food ordering, preparation, and stock control to meet service demands.
• Monitor health and hygiene compliance and enforce safety regulations.
• Drive team performance against service targets and operational KPIs.

Required profile

• Passion for food service and a desire to develop culinary talent.
• Ability to work flexible, part‑time shifts in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
