About the role
We are seeking a part‑time Lecturer to join our Schools team at Berkshire College of Agriculture. This permanent 0.6 FTE position works Tuesdays to Thursdays and supports learners pursuing Early Years education and Gateway qualifications.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, high‑quality lessons for Schools students.
- Collaborate with Learning Support Assistants to adapt teaching for diverse learner needs.
- Use regular assessment to identify knowledge gaps and track progress.
- Promote attendance, student wellbeing, and embed core literacy and numeracy across the curriculum.
Required profile
- Clear communicator with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Commitment to supporting learners from varied backgrounds.
