Part‑time Office/Factory Cleaner

About the role

Our client, a leading provider of acoustic, electronic and mechanical products, is seeking a reliable part‑time cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of their Hove premises. The role involves keeping office, factory, bathroom and common areas tidy and welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, dust and vacuum all designated areas.
• Clean and sanitise bathrooms, restocking supplies as needed.
• Empty rubbish bins and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces and follow health‑and‑safety guidelines.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the manager.
• Perform outdoor weeding and clear external rubbish.

Required profile

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time‑management skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to grow and take on additional responsibilities.

Required skills

• Basic cleaning techniques (sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming).
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations for cleaning.

What we offer

• Permanent part‑time contract (approximately 30 hours per week, negotiable).
