Part‑time Residential Surveyor – Remote, £45‑55k base + OTE

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to join a respected surveying practice on a part‑time, remote basis. The role offers flexibility, a fixed geographical area on the Isle of Wight, and the support of a well‑established business.

Key responsibilities

• Produce residential valuation reports and Level 1/Level 2 home surveys.
• Generate accurate, professional survey reports using industry‑leading technology.
• Manage your own diary and workload within a defined geographical area.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout each survey project.
• Meet personal income and productivity targets.
• Attend regional meetings and contribute to team initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Residential Surveyor.
• AssocRICS qualification or higher (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of residential surveys and valuation reporting.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
