About the role

Join JPMorgan Chase's Payments Solution Center in Bournemouth as a Team Lead. You will drive day‑to‑day performance across payment products, partner with key stakeholders, and lead a high‑performing team in a highly regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide management oversight of the Payments Solutions Center team, including business planning, strategy, and resource allocation.

• Manage and direct team activities, monitor progress, and handle escalations from internal partners.
• Develop and implement operational plans and programs that support long‑term business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong coaching and development skills with high energy and endurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to present persuasive arguments.
