About the role
We are seeking a Pension Administration Manager to lead our multi‑team pension administration function in Leeds. The role is hybrid, combining office presence with remote work, and reports to senior leadership. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service to trustees, employers and advisers while maintaining strong governance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end administration of occupational pension schemes, including CDC, Superfund and annual events.
- Manage complex casework, service level agreements, key performance indicators and complaints handling.
- Run daily contact‑centre operations across phone, email and digital channels.
- Analyse performance data, identify trends and implement service improvement initiatives.
- Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders and wider administration teams.
- Act as primary liaison for trustees, employers and external advisers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, audit readiness and robust process controls.
- Support system enhancements and workflow optimisation.
Required profile
- Proven experience in occupational pensions administration, preferably with defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) schemes.
- Demonstrated leadership of multi‑level teams in a contact‑centre environment.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
- Data‑driven, organised and commercially aware.
