Pensions Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Pensions Administrator to join a friendly, structured team in Godalming. The position offers strong career development support, including exam guidance, study leave and the chance to work closely with pension consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare documentation for consultants to present to clients.
• Collate information from existing pension schemes and draft initial analyses.
• Set up scheme current/deposit accounts and obtain transfer value quotes.
• Draft initial actuarial reports and submit them for Inland Revenue approval.
• Follow up with Inland Revenue to ensure timely approvals.
• Handle scheme registration, reviews and client correspondence.
• Assist consultants with investment, loan and property transaction paperwork.
• Monitor contributions, variations and year‑end administrative tasks, including life cover arrangements.

Required profile

• Organised and analytical with strong communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask effectively and manage deadlines.
• Attention to detail when handling regulatory and compliance matters.
