Personal Tax Assistant Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Personal Tax Assistant Manager to join our growing tax team in Bristol. You will provide tax compliance and advisory services to a varied client base, ranging from business owners and landlords to high‑net‑worth individuals. Key responsibilities

• Deliver tax advisory projects including remuneration planning and share‑incentivisation schemes.
• Manage capital tax planning, including inheritance tax strategies.
• Oversee property tax projects and international tax matters.
• Collaborate closely with senior management on client engagements.
• Develop and coach trainee tax accountants to become effective business advisors.

Required profile

• Hold a relevant qualification and have experience in a private client/personal tax environment.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Passionate about developing and coaching team members.
• Motivated to contribute to the firm’s growth and success.
