About the role

We are seeking a Personal Tax Senior to join a leading professional services firm in Weybridge. The role involves managing a portfolio of individual clients, ensuring compliance with UK tax legislation and delivering high‑quality advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of personal tax clients and oversee the preparation and filing of their tax returns.
• Provide expert advice on tax planning, compliance and related regulatory matters.
• Stay up‑to‑date with changes in personal tax law and apply this knowledge to client solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering a high level of service.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the tax department to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support the training and development of junior team members.
• Contribute to the firm’s overall tax strategy.

Required profile

• Professional accounting qualification such as ATT, CTA or ACCA.
• Solid understanding of UK personal tax law and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of tax clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on client service.
