Pharmacist AI Trainer – Remote (Liverpool)

About the role

Prolific is seeking licensed pharmacists to join its Domain Expert network and help train cutting‑edge AI models in healthcare. You will work remotely, reviewing AI‑generated pharmaceutical content and providing feedback to improve accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate AI‑generated responses to pharmacy scenarios for clinical accuracy and safety.
• Compare multiple model outputs and justify the best answer based on current pharmacy standards.
• Create improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to guide model learning.
• Complete short skill‑assessment tasks and self‑declare earnings as a self‑employed participant.

Required profile

• Current, good‑standing pharmacy licence/registration (e.g., PharmD, RPh) and, where applicable, board certification.
• Recent experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy with confidence in drug‑interaction evaluation, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on complex medical data for up to one hour.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, a computer, and a PayPal account for payments.
