Plumbing Engineer – Leeds

About the role

HomeServe is looking for a Plumbing Engineer to join its Leeds team. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing domestic plumbing systems, delivering a high‑quality service that enhances the company’s reputation and supports customer growth.

Key responsibilities

• Perform 1st and 2nd fix installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing systems in customers’ homes.
• Diagnose faults, provide effective solutions and ensure work complies with health and safety standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent HomeServe’s brand positively on each call.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.

Required profile

• Level 2 Plumbing qualification (certificates must be provided if successful).
• Proven experience in 1st and 2nd fix plumbing within domestic housing.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and a proactive, ‘can‑do’ attitude.
• Attention to detail and solid problem‑solving skills.

• Salary £36,720 – £40,120 per year, dependent on experience.
