PMO Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a PMO Analyst to join our hybrid team in Cirencester. The role supports change delivery across one of our Value Streams, providing governance, reporting and budgeting assistance while mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage RAIDD logs and facilitate related meetings.
• Oversee change budgets and track financial performance.
• Prepare governance meetings, capture actions and follow‑up.
• Support change planning and benefits realisation.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure quality assurance checks.
• Utilise change management tools such as Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Planner.
• Produce regular reports and dashboards, including Power BI visualisations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a PMO Analyst.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, reporting and budgeting.
• Ability to create and maintain reports manually and with Power BI.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Planner (Planner Premium).
• Experience working within a value‑stream model is a plus.
