PMO Analyst – Wealth Management Change & Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to join a leading wealth management organisation undergoing extensive business and technology transformation. You will work in a fast‑paced, regulated environment, providing governance, reporting and control across a diverse portfolio of change initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of business and IT projects, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
• Produce and maintain project reporting, dashboards and RAID logs.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide insights to senior leaders.
• Assist with regulatory change programmes and digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate Agile and Waterfall delivery activities as the organisation transitions to Agile ways of working.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a PMO Analyst within banking, financial services or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and reporting requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Exposure to both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
