PMO Analyst – Wealth Management Change & Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to join a leading wealth management organisation in London. You will support a diverse portfolio of business and IT projects, ensuring robust governance and delivering insights that drive successful transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide governance and control for complex change portfolios, including regulatory programmes, digital transformation, and technology implementations.
• Prepare and maintain reporting, RAID logs, and performance dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate project documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements.
• Facilitate communication between business and technology teams, supporting both Waterfall and Agile delivery methods.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a PMO Analyst within a regulated environment such as banking, financial services, or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory change and reporting obligations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies is advantageous.
