PMO Project Manager – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

Lotus UK Manufacturing is seeking a PMO Project Manager on a six‑month fixed‑term contract to support external client projects at its state‑of‑the‑art facility in Hethel. You will work closely with commercial, engineering and project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with commercial and project teams to deliver external client projects from proposal alignment through to closure.
• Manage low‑risk, lower‑cost projects, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, action plans and programme timelines.
• Monitor project budgets, financial performance and provide accurate reporting.
• Embed quality requirements and client‑specific gateways into project plans.
• Track resource utilisation and produce regular status reports highlighting risks, issues and mitigation plans.
• Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• A‑Level standard qualifications or equivalent.
• Experience delivering vehicle and/or powertrain programmes.
• Financial awareness with experience monitoring project budgets.
• Project management experience within an automotive engineering environment.
