Process Supporter - Paint

About the role

Lotus UK Manufacturing is looking for a Process Supporter in its Paint Shop at its Hethel headquarters. This is a supervisor-level role within USLOT, leading a team of Production Operatives so that they complete their daily tasks safely, accurately and on time every cycle. The position is permanent and onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver effective communication on daily targets and performance, with feedback sessions around the Process Supporter cube
• Check that all parts, processes and tooling are present at the start of every shift to guarantee production capability
• Ensure process adherence, optimise for improvement and manage budget through scrap and consumable control
• Train and coach operators and the Process Leader, promote job rotation and drive team versatility
• Lead the team in Lotus Way behaviours, continuous improvement, problem resolution and excellent working environments
• Record non-conformances, initiate problem solving and escalate where needed
• Maintain SHE and 5S standards, assist in safety audits and lead investigations
• Evaluate team performance through regular reviews and appraisals, conduct return-to-work interviews and manage attendance
• Contribute to continuous improvement and comply with SHE regulations
• Achieve volume targets, implement contingency plans during stoppages, lead SOS meetings and oversee Shell 1 Problem Resolution
• Plan daily work allocation, coach team members and communicate KPIs through Cube reviews
