Practice Director – Systems Advisory

About the role

We are seeking a senior Practice Director to lead our Systems Advisory team within the new Complex Projects business. Reporting to the Complex Projects Advisory Practice Director, you will shape strategy, drive growth and deliver high‑level technical advice to public and private clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development pipeline for global advisory projects.
• Lead, motivate and expand a high‑performing multidisciplinary team.
• Provide strategic, technical and commercial guidance across sectors such as nuclear, aviation, defence, water, transport, power and renewables.
• Ensure cohesive operational performance and cross‑market delivery.
• Champion technical excellence, capability growth and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in systems advisory or engineering consultancy.
• Track record of winning and delivering complex, multi‑sector projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior client stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture high‑performing teams.
