Key responsibilities

• Ensure clear communication of requirements across the team.
• Process and manage high volumes of data efficiently.
• Prepare analysis to support decision‑making.
• Monitor tools and identify areas for improvement.

Required profile

• Strong eye for accuracy and an organised approach.
• Keen to learn and able to juggle multiple activities.
• Effective at tracking success metrics.
• Experience engaging with internal stakeholders for accurate data collation.

Required skills

• Advanced competency in Excel.
• Experience with SharePoint.
• Familiarity with the in‑house customer management tool DRIVE.
