Primary Learning Coach – Full‑time (Temporary)

About the role

Prospero Teaching is recruiting a Primary Learning Coach for a popular mainstream primary school in Dagenham (RM10). The role is full‑time and temporary, covering two academic terms until July 2027, with the possibility of extension or a permanent position based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver Key Stage 2 lessons.
• Mark student work and assess progress.
• Organise and attend parents’ evenings.
• Provide learning support and coaching to pupils as required.
• Collaborate with the senior leadership team and contribute to school improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of Key Stage 2 classroom experience in the UK.
• Up‑to‑date safeguarding training completed within the last year.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS certificate with online update service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Two professional child‑related references covering the last two years.
