Primary School Daily Supply Teacher

About the role
We are looking for fully qualified primary school teachers to join our daily supply roster across Chelmsford and surrounding areas. This flexible role lets you teach without the burden of long‑term planning, preparation or marking, giving you the freedom to choose when and where you work.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the planned curriculum for EYFS, KS1 and KS2 classes on a day‑to‑day basis.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a safe, supportive learning environment.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings, policies and student groups.
- Provide accurate attendance and incident records as required by each school.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – UK or overseas qualification recognised in the UK.
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
- Flexibility to accept short‑notice assignments.
- Strong classroom management and a genuine passion for primary education.
