About the role
Reed Education is seeking compassionate Primary SEN Teaching Assistants to support inclusive learning in Brighton schools. You will work directly with children who have diverse special educational needs, helping them achieve their full potential.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one and group support to pupils with SEN in a primary classroom.
- Assist teachers in adapting lessons and resources to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers and external professionals to monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate records of pupil development and interventions.
Required profile
- Experience working with children with SEN in an educational setting.
- Relevant qualification (NVQ, CACHE, Degree or equivalent) in SEN support or education.
- Patient, caring and adaptable approach to learning support.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with staff, families and specialists.
