About the role
Lamledge School is seeking an inspiring, reflective, child‑centred Primary Teacher for Key Stage 3. You will help create an inclusive learning environment where every pupil feels valued, understood, and empowered to succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality, engaging teaching across a broad range of subjects.
- Champion inclusive education by supporting and developing specialist SEN provision.
- Collaborate with families, external professionals, and the in‑house therapy team to achieve the best outcomes for each child.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing classroom that follows neuro‑affirming, trauma‑informed practices.
- Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
Required profile
- Passionate about inclusive education and supporting pupils with autism, communication differences, and social‑emotional or developmental needs.
- Reflective practitioner committed to continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills for working with families and multidisciplinary teams.

What we offer
- Competitive salary of £42,500 per annum (not pro‑rata).
- 40‑hour week, Monday‑Friday, term‑time only contract.
