About the role
Engage Education is seeking enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to support students in a range of welcoming secondary schools across Brighton. This role offers the chance to make a positive impact on young learners while developing your own educational career.
Key responsibilities
- Support students both inside and outside the classroom.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
- Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support where needed.
- Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage students to reach their full potential.
Required profile
- A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS (cost covered by Engage Education).
