Principal Operational Technology Cyber Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Principal Operational Technology (OT) Cyber Consultant to join a leading global digital consultancy. In this senior position you will shape client cyber strategy, lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex OT security programmes for sectors such as defence, energy, financial services and government.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of large‑scale OT cyber projects across multiple industries.
• Develop and influence client cyber strategy for critical infrastructure.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering technical excellence.
• Manage stakeholder relationships at senior executive level.
• Contribute to business development and capability growth.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in Operational Technology, industrial cyber security or a related consulting environment.
• Proven track record delivering strategic OT cyber programmes.
• Strong communication skills with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience in business development and client relationship management.
