About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic private psychology tutors to deliver flexible, high‑quality lessons to students across the United Kingdom and online. You will support learners ranging from GCSE and A‑Level to university and adult education, helping them grasp core theories, prepare for exams and develop critical thinking.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver one‑to‑one or small‑group tutoring sessions in person or via video conference.
- Explain psychological concepts such as cognitive, behavioural, biological, developmental, social, and research methods.
- Assist students with exam preparation for AQA, Edexcel, OCR and other exam boards.
- Adapt teaching materials to suit individual learning needs and goals.
- Provide feedback and track progress to ensure continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of psychology, preferably a degree or current university study in the subject.
- Clear communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Motivation to help learners succeed, with no prior teaching experience required.
