Private Travel Concierge – Luxury Travel Consultant (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are seeking a Private Travel Concierge to join a leading ultra‑high‑net‑worth travel brand in London. Working hybrid (three days in the office, two days remote), you will be the first point of contact for discerning clients, guiding them from initial enquiry through to the delivery of unforgettable, bespoke journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, qualify and respond to email and telephone enquiries from UHNW clients.
• Understand client preferences and collaborate with specialist teams to design seamless, high‑touch travel experiences.
• Maintain a busy enquiry pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Convert interest into confirmed bookings while upholding the highest standards of discretion and professionalism.
• Provide post‑booking support and handover to operations teams to guarantee flawless execution.

• Excellent client‑facing communication skills with a warm, intelligent demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure.
• Commercial instinct and a proactive approach to converting enquiries into bookings.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.

Required skills

• Base salary up to £40,000 (DOE) with OTE of £53,000, including quarterly and annual bonuses.
