Procurement Manager

About the role

Wahoo Fitness is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead the end‑to‑end purchase order process for finished goods. You will own supplier relationships, drive cost efficiencies, and support the fast‑moving operations teams across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Manage RFPs, bids and vendor scorecards during supplier selection.
• Track supplier performance against KPIs and flag gaps.
• Conduct cost analysis, total cost of ownership studies and support budget tracking.
• Collaborate with operations to forecast demand and ensure timely deliveries.
• Review and maintain purchase contracts, ensuring compliance.
• Own the full PO lifecycle from requisition to invoice reconciliation.
• Resolve PO discrepancies, delivery issues and invoice mismatches promptly.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain roles.
• Hands‑on experience managing purchase orders end‑to‑end.
• Comfortable working in an ERP system such as SAP or Oracle.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable analysing data.
• Detail‑oriented, well‑organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear communicator who works confidently with stakeholders and suppliers.
