Procurement Professional – Supply Chain Digital & Data

About the role

The Procurement Professional will lead the development of the Supply Chain Digital & Data portfolio for submarine programmes. Working in a hybrid setting, you will translate business requirements into data‑driven solutions that enhance the performance of the Supply Chain function.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage elements of the SC Digital & Data roadmap across all submarine programmes.
• Capture and analyse business requirements to shape data and digital solutions for the Supply Chain function.
• Perform business and technical analysis on Supply Chain processes, collaborating with IM&T and delivery teams.
• Identify optimal data or digital changes to improve Supply Chain performance and programme delivery.
• Support Supply Chain Excellence initiatives focused on people, process and technology.

Required profile

• Experience in end‑to‑end procurement processes.
• Strong knowledge of data and digital usage within large, complex organisations.
• Proven track record of business change projects involving data and digital solutions, including as‑is and to‑be process mapping.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Professional qualifications such as CIPS or APM.
