About the role
Airbnb is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join its International Product Marketing team in the EMEA region. Reporting to the Product Marketing Director for International Markets, you will shape product strategy, translate user insights into innovative features, and drive the lifecycle of Airbnb products across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Key responsibilities
- Identify user needs, pain points and opportunities and turn them into product features, capabilities and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with global business and country teams to build partnerships that accelerate existing and new business lines.
- Lead the development and launch of major releases and test‑and‑learn pilots, championing regional customisations.
- Work with communications and marketing teams to define how new features are presented to the public and media in the region.
- Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from concept through release, ensuring success in the EMEA market.
Required profile
- Deep understanding of the travel and hospitality industry at both market and regional levels.
- Proven track record of driving product innovation and delivering successful product launches.
- Highly collaborative and flexible, able to influence cross‑functional teams across the globe.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ready to roll up sleeves and integrate with local teams while aligning with global objectives.
