Product Merchandising Manager – Women’s Sportswear

About the role

The leading global sportswear brand is seeking a Product Merchandising Manager to own its Women’s category. You will be the commercial heartbeat of the business, shaping product strategy, assortments and go‑to‑market execution for a high‑profile brand.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the Women’s category strategy across multiple product lines and markets.
• Develop commercially relevant assortments that balance global consistency with regional consumer needs.
• Identify market opportunities, consumer trends and growth drivers to influence product direction.
• Lead key milestones in the product creation and launch process, aligning Product, Planning, Sales and Marketing teams.
• Ensure launch plans, timelines and product strategies are delivered accurately and on schedule.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to keep the business consumer‑led, commercially focused and ahead of trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product merchandising, category management or product management within a branded environment.
• Deep understanding of women’s sportswear and modern consumer apparel trends.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate insight into profitable assortments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
