Product & Technology Operations Manager (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

This fixed‑term position (maternity cover) will lead operational excellence within the Product & Technology organisation. You will optimise workflows, improve cross‑functional collaboration and ensure clear release communication, enabling teams to deliver high‑impact products efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and refine processes across the operating model to boost efficiency, collaboration and scalability.
• Track and analyse key indicators of team effectiveness, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and problem‑solving sessions to address cross‑departmental challenges.
• Coordinate clear communication of roadmap updates, release plans and key initiatives.
• Act as the central hub for internal communication and cross‑functional projects within Product & Technology.
• Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders to surface issues early.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in operations, program management or a related role.
• Proven track record of improving ways of working and communication in a global or cross‑functional environment.
• Familiarity with product development lifecycles, especially in SaaS or tech‑driven organisations.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Some exposure to coaching or mentoring on best practices.
