Production Executive, Audio / Video / Photography Production

About the role

Amazon MGM Studios is looking for a seasoned Production Executive to support the creation of International Originals across audio, video and photography formats. You will work on a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment, handling complex projects from development through launch while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Support multiple unscripted series, movies and other formats through development, production, delivery and launch.
• Coordinate with show producers, production teams and creative executives during budget and production meetings.
• Manage production safety, security, insurance, child‑labour, immigration, visa, travel and tax issues with internal departments and external production companies.
• Attend on‑set locations as needed to evaluate workflow, budgets and potential problems both domestically and abroad.
• Analyse budgets and cost reports, ensuring accurate financial tracking.
• Work with post‑production to guarantee delivery of all required assets.
• Liaise with creative, marketing, press, business affairs, legal, finance and tax teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a producer, line producer or production executive.
• Ability to handle high volumes of complex tasks quickly and with urgency.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the capacity to switch gears at a moment’s notice.
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Versatility across a diverse portfolio of formats and genres.

Required skills

• Extensive experience in budgeting, scheduling and cost reporting for productions of all budget levels.
• On‑set problem‑solving capability.
• Knowledge of production safety, security, insurance and regulatory requirements.
