Production Manager – Electronics Manufacturing

About the role

We are recruiting three experienced Production Managers for a leading electronics manufacturing organisation. You will lead teams that produce electronic assemblies, printed circuit boards (PCBs) and sub‑assemblies in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring safety, efficiency and top‑class quality.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and oversee daily operations to meet production, quality and delivery targets.
• Allocate tasks based on schedules and skill sets, ensuring clear work instructions are followed.
• Act as first point of contact for production issues and escalate when necessary.
• Coach, train and monitor performance of team members.
• Promote continuous improvement, teamwork and 5S housekeeping standards.
• Communicate delays, quality concerns and operational issues to stakeholders.
• Review and approve timesheets accurately and on time.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a production or assembly environment, preferably electronics manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading, supervising or coordinating production teams.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.

Required skills

• SMT (Surface Mount Technology) assembly.
• PCB assembly and sub‑assembly processes.
• 5S housekeeping methodology.
