Production Operative – Manufacturing & Warehouse Role

About the role

We are seeking a Production Operative to join a well‑established manufacturing company in Maidstone. The role combines factory floor work with warehouse assistance, offering a hands‑on environment where you will use tools and machinery to produce high‑quality products.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out assembly and manufacturing tasks according to company specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools and industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Operate production machinery and equipment as required.
• Complete repetitive production and assembly work with a high level of accuracy.
• Follow manufacturing instructions and production schedules.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing, production, assembly or machine operating role is advantageous.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the working day.
• Good manual dexterity and practical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
