Production Operator II – Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator II to join our manufacturing team. The role involves handling raw materials, operating mixers, and ensuring the final product meets H.B. Fuller’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review raw‑material labels, verify weight, type and batch numbers before charging mixers.
• Load, operate and unload mixers according to process instructions, take samples and pack finished product.
• Document process parameters and results to satisfy traceability and legal requirements.
• Perform initial testing, release products and ensure visual appearance meets specifications.
• Package final product, check labels for accuracy and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain machinery and work areas in a clean condition.
• Follow all Quality, Operating and EHS procedures and report safety deviations.
• Assist the Production Manager/Supervisor with additional tasks as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience as Production Operator I or 3+ years in an industrial environment.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, safety regulations and quality procedures.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Required skills

• Knowledge of chemical mixing and packaging processes.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Basic English reading comprehension.
