Production Planner – Food Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a Production Planner to join a growing food manufacturing business in Erith. In this fast‑paced FMCG environment you will help keep the factory running smoothly by coordinating production schedules, maintaining accurate SAP data and delivering clear operational reports.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly production plans aligned with demand and capacity.
• Enter and update SAP manufacturing data including BOMs, work orders, routing and master data.
• Generate and distribute operational reports for Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, Finance and Sales teams.
• Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks and adjust schedules to meet targets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely material availability and product delivery.

Required profile

• Strong Excel proficiency with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Previous experience as a Production Planner or in a similar planning role.
