Project Architect

About the role
We are a small, design‑focused practice delivering high‑end residential architecture. We are seeking a Project Architect to join our team, working from initial client conversations through to on‑site completion.
Key responsibilities
- Lead projects from concept design to construction, including client meetings, design development and site inspections.
- Develop sketches, drawings and technical documentation using Vectorworks.
- Manage relationships with clients, contractors and consultants.
- Coordinate planning applications and oversee construction phases.
Required profile
- ARB‑registered architect with Part III qualification.
- 1–2 years post‑qualification experience in private practice, preferably high‑end domestic work.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design sensibility and technical care.
- Excellent communication and client‑management skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Vectorworks (essential).
