Project BIM Coordinator

About the role

RSHP is seeking a Project BIM Coordinator to join a single project team. You will work closely with architects and designers to set up, coordinate and maintain BIM workflows that support project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the BIM set‑up for the project based on specific BIM requirements.
• Prepare and maintain the project’s BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Establish and coordinate project workflows in line with agreed BIM standards.
• Produce training documentation and support onboarding for the project team.
• Coordinate model and information production, ensuring compliance with project standards.
• Provide first‑line support on BIM/CAD authoring workflows and escalate technical issues when needed.
• Contribute to project delivery through drawings, models, visual communication and complex Revit families.
• Develop and share procedural workflows and lessons learned with the central Project Technology team.

Required profile

• Embedded member of a project team, working day‑to‑day with architects and designers.
• Ability to support implementation of project‑specific BIM standards and digital delivery requirements.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with design consultants and external collaborators.
