Project Coordinator – ICP/Utilities

About the role
This position offers an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support electrical connections, network adoption and utility delivery programmes. Working closely with the Programme Manager, you will help keep multiple site‑based projects on schedule, maintain programme controls and provide accurate reporting throughout the lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain project trackers, schedules and delivery records, ensuring up‑to‑date milestone and site status information.
- Coordinate activities across multiple sites, monitor key deadlines and flag potential risks, delays or issues.
- Produce regular programme reports, dashboards and updates for visibility.
- Maintain RAID logs, action trackers and programme documentation.
- Prepare meeting agendas, capture minutes and track actions to completion.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, ICPs, contractors and other stakeholders.
- Support tracking of site readiness, ICP activity, MOP appointments and delivery milestones.
- Assist with issue escalation, recovery planning and programme mobilisation.
- Maintain project records, evidence packs and document repositories, ensuring audit‑ready information.
- Support quality checks and compliance with programme processes.
Required profile
- Experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO, Project Administrator or Programme Support role, preferably within utilities or infrastructure.
- Understanding of the ICP/electrical connections environment.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to communicate confidently with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
