Project Manager – Central London Commercial Refurbishment

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex cut‑and‑carve and commercial refurbishment projects across Central London and the West End. You will work on high‑value schemes ranging from £20 m to over £100 m, delivering premium commercial environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for large‑scale commercial refurbishment and structural alteration works.
• Oversee programme planning, budgeting and commercial performance.
• Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure technical excellence.
• Maintain rigorous health, safety and quality standards on site.
• Provide regular progress reports and client‑facing communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex commercial refurbishment, retrofit or cut‑and‑carve projects in London.
• Background with a recognised Tier 1 or strong Tier 2 contractor.
• Hands‑on, delivery‑focused attitude with strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent client‑facing and communication skills.
• Ambitious, team‑oriented and motivated to grow long‑term within the business.
