Project Manager – Commercial Fit‑Out & New Build

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Project Manager to lead commercial fit‑out and new‑build projects for a leading construction and property consultancy. You will work on high‑profile office, hospitality and restaurant schemes from concept through to handover, collaborating with globally recognised brands and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders, maintaining clear communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Monitor programme, cost, quality and risk, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Support business growth by delivering exceptional client service and project performance.

Required profile

• Degree qualified, preferably in a construction‑related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale fit‑out or refurbishment projects.
• Background in retail, commercial office, hospitality, hotel or restaurant sectors.
• Consultancy experience is desirable.
• Strong client‑facing and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercially astute with strong problem‑solving abilities.
