Project Manager – Construction Consultancy (London)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading construction consultancy in London on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for delivering projects across commercial, residential, high‑end fit‑out, hospitality and mixed‑use sectors, guiding them from feasibility through to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects through feasibility, design development, procurement, construction, handover and close‑out.
• Manage programmes, budgets, procurement processes and consultant teams.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to required quality.
• Support client communication, project reporting and delivery of larger, complex commissions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a construction consultancy environment.
• Proven delivery of projects in one or more of the listed sectors.
• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or related discipline.
• MRICS, MAPM or progress towards a relevant professional qualification.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational abilities.
