Project Manager – Construction & Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects including landfill development, site enabling works, road construction, road overlays and concrete works such as retaining structures. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning through to hand‑over, ensuring quality, safety and client expectations are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate and deliver assigned projects on time, within budget and to required standards.
• Oversee plant and subcontractor activities on site.
• Direct day‑to‑day site staff and ensure compliance with HSEQ policies.
• Prepare and compile monthly project valuations for the Contracts Directors.
• Produce weekly programmes and circulate minutes of site meetings.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum three years’ experience as a Project Manager on similar construction projects.
• Strong communication skills and a detail‑oriented, self‑motivated attitude.
• Willingness to travel to sites nationwide.
