Project Manager - Contact and Digital Workstream

About the role

Wandle Housing Association is looking for a Project Manager to work mainly within its Contact and Digital Workstream of the Change Programme. The role supports projects that transform how residents and customers interact with services, managing change from initiation through to delivery and combining operational, digital and customer perspectives. It is a 14-month full-time hybrid position based at the Head Office in Bankside, London, paid at £55,000 per annum pro rata.

Key responsibilities

• Own the delivery of projects that improve outcomes for customers and make it easier for colleagues to deliver, ensuring projects are delivered to quality, time and on budget.
• Build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including customers, senior managers, functional leads and operational teams, to deliver project benefits.
• Keep project momentum going to deliver holistic and sustainable changes that become embedded in Wandle's ways of working.

Required profile

• Proven delivery of complex projects in a change or transformation environment, managing end-to-end delivery.
• Experience of resident or customer-focused projects, digital transformation, service redesign or technology-enabled change is particularly beneficial.
• Ability to manage ambiguity while keeping delivery focus.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom; sponsorship is not offered.

Required skills

• Strong grasp of core project management disciplines: planning, risk, governance and reporting.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders at different levels of seniority.
