Project Manager – Flagship Site Launch in London

About the role

We are looking for an organised, driven Project Manager to lead the launch of a brand‑new flagship site in London. The role will oversee the project from concept through to opening, coordinating internal teams, external suppliers and key stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of the flagship site launch.
• Create, maintain and update detailed project plans, timelines and Gantt charts.
• Coordinate internal teams, external suppliers and stakeholders to meet milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Manage project documentation, reporting and performance tracking using spreadsheets and project‑management tools.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear updates and action plans.
• Ensure budgets, deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
• Support operational readiness and successful site opening activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Adaptable, resilient and able to manage changing priorities.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can work independently and make informed decisions.
• Results‑focused with a commitment to delivering projects on time.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / spreadsheet proficiency.
• Experience creating and managing Gantt charts.
• Familiarity with project‑management software and reporting tools.
