Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager based in London to lead UK and European office‑furniture projects. You will take full responsibility for the installation of projects across the region, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate projects in collaboration with clients, contractors, sales and finance teams.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines, overseeing the complete installation process.
• Lead on‑site install teams with confidence and authority.
• Travel extensively across the UK and Europe to supervise installations and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with EU transport regulations and health & safety standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven project‑management experience in the furniture or construction industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
• Motivation to make environmentally conscious decisions.
• Willingness to travel frequently and embrace different cultures.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a drive to see projects through to completion.
• Possession of a CSCS card (preferred).
• Awareness of EU rules for transporting goods.
• Ability to speak another European language (optional).

Required skills

• CSCS card certification.
• Knowledge of EU transport regulations.
